Brokerage Connect / data deletion

Disconnect and delete app data.

You control the app connection and your imported tables separately.

  1. Disconnect the app

In Sheets, open Extensions → Brokerage Connect → Open. Under Connection & data controls, select Disconnect. Active jobs stop, local tokens are erased, and the backend attempts SnapTrade token revocation. If revocation cannot be confirmed, revoke this app in the SnapTrade Dashboard.

  2. Delete retained app data

Select Delete app data and confirm. This removes the backend identity, grant, retained jobs and OAuth attempts, plus saved Apps Script import settings. A random ownership marker remains locally so you can still remove your managed outputs. Finish or recover any interrupted sheet commit first.

  3. Optionally remove spreadsheet values

Select Remove my managed values in this file and confirm. Only your managed source ranges in the current spreadsheet are cleared. User formulas and unrelated cells are protected. Repeat in other files where you imported data, or delete those files yourself.

Disconnect does not delete your underlying SnapTrade brokerage connections. Existing copies, exports, and other people’s spreadsheets cannot be recalled. Browser sessions expire after 15 minutes; expired backend records are removed by hourly cleanup. The operator must publish database backup retention before release.

If you cannot open the add-on, use support to request deletion and revoke the app directly in SnapTrade.
